The manufacturer’s limited warranty provided by BULP does not affect your statutory rights as provided by law.

60-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date.
- All accessories must be returned with the product.
- The original packaging & product must be included and intact.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For quality-related warranty claims, BULP will cover the cost of the product.
- If the product does not meet these requirements, the return may be refused.
Important: If you are returning a product that included free gifts (such as promotional items), please ensure they are also returned. If gifts are missing or damaged during the return, BULP may deduct the value of the gifts from the refund.
Policy on Points Refund
If you purchase products using points, and the transaction is canceled, or you request a refund, the points will be credited back to your account after the transaction is closed. You can view your points balance in your BULP account.
Replacement Procedure for Lost or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact our customer service team in our Return Portal. To process your request, we will need the following:
- Your order number from the BULP store.
- Three clear photos:
- The outer packaging with the SKU label visible.
- The outer packaging with shipping details.
- A photo of the product quantity or damage.
Once this information is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange or refund. Please note that incomplete information may delay the process.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on products sold directly by BULP are covered by our comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase (see the Warranty Overview above). This limited warranty applies only within the country of purchase.
Warranty claims for quality-related defects on products purchased through authorized retailers (e.g., Bol.com, MediaMarkt) must be handled by the respective retailer.
Replacement products provided under warranty retain the same warranty period as the original product. If a full refund is issued, the product warranty is void.
Valid Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase may include:
- Order number for online purchases from BULP.
- Sales invoice.
- Dated sales receipt showing the product description and price.
In some cases, multiple forms of proof may be required to process a warranty claim (e.g., payment receipt and shipping confirmation).
Shipping Costs Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:
- Products returned for reasons other than a confirmed defect.
- Warranty claims for items used or transported outside the country of purchase.
- Returns initiated by the buyer without prior approval.
- Personal items returned alongside a product.
- Products claimed to be defective but confirmed functional by BULP.
- Returns of defective products in international shipments.
- Unauthorized returns made outside the approved warranty process.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Products outside the warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues (after 60 days from purchase).
- Repairs conducted by unauthorized third parties.
- Damage from external factors (e.g., physical damage, extreme temperatures, or water).
- Improper product use or handling.
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers.
BULP Is Not Responsible for:
- Loss of data resulting from the use of BULP products.
- Return of personal items sent to BULP.
If you return a product using a prepaid label provided by BULP, BULP is responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. If you return a product for non-quality-related reasons, you (the buyer) assume responsibility for any damage or loss during shipping. For non-quality-related warranty claims, BULP does not offer refunds for items damaged during transit.
